The time comes, after a year of activity, to speak of the Commissions established by the City Council several times. Their mandate is running out: time to maturity, but it is time to renew. The areas sono quello agricolo, commerciale, energetico, culturale (ma senza dimenticare “l’identità veneta”, come è stato precisato nel Consiglio Comunale dell’8 marzo 2010), quello delle frazioni, dell’innovazione, della sanità, della sicurezza, della viabilità. Lo scopo dichiarato è insomma quello di discutere le questioni centrali del Comune, per trovare la soluzione migliore attraverso il dialogo, o casomai – ma è meglio dirlo sottovoce – suggerire all’assessorato di turno le cose da fare, qualora non gli vengano in mente. Del resto si sa: l’unione fa la forza.
Tutto secondo il programma, potremmo dire: istituzione dei gruppi, incontri con gli assessori, regular meetings, dense work programs. There is only a few gray area. Simple - but it said in passing - a committee has never met, some only two or three times, the assessor of competence is rarely, some component has resigned, resigned a Chairman of a committee of twelve parts, this is often at work in three or four of the minority (chiaramente!) and a majority (the Chairman). But these things do not come to the city, so far from the gobbledygook. Yet sometimes you feel the results and the materialisation of the proposals: a pity that more often than not come from that job but I keep silent, because also the Commission shall be informed only when everything is already ready ...
